Southern Indiana | One time rolled a big yellowjacket nest out of the ground while plowing. On the next pass they were just a yellow and black cloud. Glad I had a good cab. A month later after discing and working the ground to sow alfalfa they were still hanging right there where the nest was.
On the other hand it's been my experience if you disturb a nest of bumblebees within a few days they will leave and go elsewhere. | |
