Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn.
Looking at the upper right corner of the pictures shows a choice for Rate 1/ Rate 2 etc. meaning that the system believes it is connected to some type of application control module such as a Liquid Module for spray or a hydraulic drive for seed. I don't believe he has either of these since the original post indicates Population and Section Control only. I assumed ground drive. If so he should not be seeing this screen.

Checking the switch input diagnostics at this point is necessary to verify that the switches are in fact showing green when ON and black when OFF.
