the flip side to that is ... who's trying to convince us that we need all the bling to be happy? Remember being a kid and all you need was a mud puddle and stick to have hours of fun.. now kids are unhappy if they dont have the latest cell phone to play candy crush on... so who is worse, the ruling class or the marketing gurus?
