I am a label reader, but not to look for low fat, organic, or non-gmo.
I read labels to avoid ingredients I cannot pronounce or have no idea what they are. Many items labeled low fat seem to have more artificial ingredients. Shopping the perimeter of grocery stores avoids many artificial ingredients.
