I have not ran 2 pro 700 at same time (so take it for what its worth) but I don't see any reason you could not take port B/C and send via serial to the second pro700 gps using the 9 pin serial on back of display. Simply treat the gps coming into second monitor as a generic gps source.
You would then have one monitor on can and one on serial.
Can you connect 2 pro 700 monitors together?
