| There were a lot of places (mainly heavily populated places) that had no (or a poor) distribution plan in place when the vaccine became available. They had the better part of a year to develop a plan like the places that have a good majority of their population vaccinated already. So it only makes sense that the places that had the most people to provide the vaccine to, that also had the poorest distribution plan that have finally hit stride when all added up amount to about 3 million per day. | |
