Take a look at the document for 252/262/372. Note that their modem is set up for RTCM. Your modem may be set to RTCM but it could be set to something else depending on the mount point you are running (for example CMR).
I'm not positive what baud rate you are running on intuicom either
(38,400?)
Use the document as a guide to configure port C, but some of the exact settings may be different based on settings in your intuicom as well as the RTK network you are working with.
Idea: go to 372 that you know was working with the intuicom, go to the RDI screens for port C, take photos with smart phone, go to the other 372 and enter settings based on the photo
