Ours did what your describing. We replaced the angle sensor that didn't help. We then replaced the wiring and the tube that didn't fix it. Finally got bad enough tech came out with computer and the pins in the connector to the angle sensor were lose and would lose contact. Replaced pins and haven't had a problem since.
