I think Frank would be a good guy to ask about relocating. He'd probably tell ya how there's a learning curve to every new area. Especially in his size of acres. He's trying a lot of things here that people have been slow too adapt in this area. But there's a reason the guys who owned that ground did what they did, as well, or sold out.
