Yep remember 5 digit dialing for a neighboring exchange.
Say our number was 352-4234, to dial neiboring 354-5678, all you had to dial was '4-5678'.
But our all exchange's final numbers all started with 4 so you only had to dial the final 3 numbers within your exchange.
So for 352-4234 to dial 352-4678 you only had to dial '678'.
