Only 25% of the corn is used to refine the ethanol 60% is used for feed use, both human and livestock, where the other 15% goes I don't know but I really don't like it when people say or think that corn is going for fuel instead of food when 60% goes back out for feed use. The bourbon and whiskey distillers do the same but we get to drink that instead of putting it in our cars.
