North of London | Not many people can hit the top of the market with everything and too often when they try they end up selling much closer to the bottom.
there is that saying Greed, Hope and Fear
Greed on the way up
Hope on the way down
and fear when it hits bottom so they sell
I try to hit little tops through out the year.
Usually can hit some on the top but little at the bottom.
Interesting to check your average selling price for a year and from time to time you will have an elevator or some researcher publish the average selling price for your local so you can compare
