Subject: RE: Employer mandates vaccination

My wife works from home doing customer support for a company. Yesterday all employees were on a zoom meeting with the owner. He spoke about the vaccine and then had a doctor address the employees. Long story short, he is mandating all employees be vaccinated by end of the year, basically saying no vaccination, no job. They will grant exceptions for religious beliefs. Is this company opening up a can of worms?

Here's how that plays out. The company CANNOT MANDATE am experimental vaccine, which is what is available right now. None of these vaccines are FDA approved. So, company mandates experimental vaccine, your wife doesn't take it. Company then threatens termination if she hasn't been vaccinated by a certain date. When that date passes the company has two options. They overlook their own mandate and allow your wife to continue working or they terminate your wife's employment. If terminated, she then has suffered a damage and has a wrongful termination lawsuit.
