I believe a much debated provision of one of the COvID bills was allowing employers to mandate vaccination.  

The initial response from employment lawyers and HR experts was to await clarification, as companies could have liability for forcing employees to use a non-FDA approved treatment, should there be later side effects.  

And here we are.
