"Rolled Lapels" meaning?
ND
So watching Barney Miller and Harris tells the mover to "put them
(suitcase and bag
) neatly over there" and later says "Neatly! There are rolled lapels in there!".
So does it just mean a hand made suit or something else?
Episode is from 1/5/1978.
