That not only can intimidate the jurors on the case, along with their families/friends who can have influence on the jurors, but it can also carry the same threat and influence on upcoming jurors on upcoming similar cases."" That basically is the definition of jury tampering. This where a respectable judge should do his job and put people in jail. In regards to Chauvin trial, he also would have promoted/recommended a change of venue, and required the jury be sequestered for the complete trial. That is what should have happened to attempt to keep trust in the justice system. | |
