That basically is the definition of jury tampering. This where a respectable judge should do his job and put people in jail. In regards to Chauvin trial, he also would have promoted/recommended a change of venue, and required the jury be sequestered for the complete trial. That is what should have happened to attempt to keep trust in the justice system. | |
