Tom, thanks for that info, I will have to try again, maybe had something configured wrong. I tried to log GPS NMEA by connecting laptop (or ipaq) to EZGuide's serial port connector using the serial cable that comes with EZGuide, that didn't work (but it does work for uploading EZGuide firmware). I then tried using non-null modem serial cable, that didn't work. Then I tried using a serial splitter cable from Ag Leader, that didn't work either. When I use EZGuide's serial port, with amplifier and speed T, for speed connection to 660 controller radar input it works great. Sure is frustrating getting enough GPS NMEA output ports to run everything, I think every GPS receiver should come with GPS NMEA distribution panel, at least 12 (easily) configurable ports......... |
