Think it was 2012? Corn basis went wild. Got to 1.25 over the CBOT. Locked in basis at .65 over. In a matter of two days it narrowed that much. I believe corn got to 8 ish at that time when a usda report came out on a positive note. Was up the limit and closed lower. I bailed at 8.45 cash. Could of had 9 if I would have did everything correct. Talk obout some interesting times. It is setting up for the same. We will see.
