It is different for everyone. My dad and I might average the same price over 10 years. He might even beat me. But I will make money 8-9 years out of 10 and he will make money 5-6 years out of 10.
He has the equity, working capital, and family living cost that allows him to GBS. I have plenty of working capital but not much equity and much higher family living costs. I DO NOT want to go backwards. He is fine with losing money for a year. | |
