I don’t know about disc replacement but I had a multi disc fusion 12 weeks ago wish I would have done it years ago I’ve actually gained mobility I have no more leg pain or lower back pain. First two weeks sucked after that been smooth sailing so far just follow doctors orders and let it heal good luck.
