They can always add more beans from the 19 & 20 crop. Plus, they can kill the demand number with the stroke of a computer button. Never underestimate their ways of keeping food inexpensive.
Of course they could lower demand legitimately if the price of beans goes up another 3 or 4 dollars per bushel.
