Never minded short term capital gain taxes (unless a guy spent the money and there was none left to pay the tax Luckily I never did that) it is the capital lost that sucks especially when it is over $3000.00 and all you can do is carry the loss over to the following year(s)
It’s the discovery of the old “wash rule” that is hitting some of these new day traders really hard.
