Never minded short term capital gain taxes (unless a guy spent the money and there was none left to pay the tax Luckily I never did that) it is the capital lost that sucks especially when it is over $3000.00 and all you can do is carry the loss over to the following year(s)
You need a good cpa.
Saying that and I’m struggling with taxes.
But look into.
Tax laws change.
The ones in the “know” no there stuff.
