1 hour east of ol cheyenne | Response wasnt meant directly at you and your hunting. But as a land owner you gotta have some rules/ guidelines. I have cleaned up beer cans and trash from pheasant hunters hunting without permission before.
Our neighbor had some hunters that he allowed to come in and shoot prairie dogs on a town that is on both of our properties. They had some rather large rifles shooting about 200 yards literally exploded the prairie dogs when they hit them but the noise spooked the others to where they were only getting a few shots per hour. When I drive thru and shoot from the pickup I can get at least 50 to 100 decent shots per hour with a 22 or .17 . A suppressed .223 would prolly be similar. We tried a suppressor on a .22 and it seemed to really affect the aim. If you want to come out you are welcomed. Thank You. |
