No clue really........but to me it passes the same logic test. I want to do it to help prove the absurdity of the entire program. If I am turned down, I want them to prove that I was not turned down because of my skin color. It would seem to be the perfect Catch 22 and basis for a discrimination lawsuit.
And it isn't like we don't already have a precedence in place with forgivable loans under the PPP.
