I have know idea, but you can be assured that sitting senator Raphael Warlock did not intend for the funds to be preyed upon by borrowers that have miniscule amounts of whatever ethnicity is the fruit of the day. It was intended for those ethnic groups that had/do face 'social disavdantagism'(yes I know that isnt a word). Does it include the part borrowed from the bank in the FSA guaranteed loan program or just the part FSA is financing?
