Ron , I feel like we are in the '70's again as housing,construction,land,machinery,vehicles,ect. are increasing rapidly in price along with grains & hogs. Thought maybe we should get a larger livestock trailer and Wilson dealer said they can't get any new ones until 2022 and big price increase.

Those early '80's interest rates were brutal to us in debt but were interest is next to free today is causing people to spend money they don't have and can't pay back recklessly.

Nearest city , Windsor, a blue collar town , houses are now averaging over $500,000 and unless you have a special job a lot of the machine & tool & die shops only pay $25 hr. ... add a $40,000 vehicle payment to a $500,000 house mortgage and then won't end well...

Have you started planting yet? Here in the land of wetness we are abnormally dry . Winter wheat is past stage 30 so 2 weeks ahead of normal
