NE ND | This last round of snow today should be enough to get the crop up and going, but we'll need some rain in May otherwise we'll run out quick if it's warm and windy. Some fields are better than others. Old beet ground is bone dry 5" down. I quit digging because I thought I was going to break my knife it was so hard. Western part of the state will still need rains right along pretty much throughout the season. | |
