Subject: RE: Sugar

Pittsburg, Kansas

I was the same way with fat for most of my life. Especially as a kid. As long as it was mixed in with meat, like in sausage or lunch meat, I was fine with it. But to eat the fat around a steak I hated it. Not now kind of the opposite. I have a hard time eating too lean of meat like pork loin without adding some butter or additional fat some way. The meat seems too dry without it.

Now instead of craving sugar or starches, I tend to more want fat. If a meal is too lean I will be hunting up the pork rinds.
