This is one of the worst misunderstanding. Weimar till 1929 did pretty well against hyper inflation. It is the crazy ww1 that sinked germany. kaiser Wilhem and the militarists ditched their country and the republican had to build it back. The hyperinflation was a product of WW1.
Weimar economics was improving after 1923. When the international collapse of 1929 came Germany was caught in the turmoil and Hitler was able to take over.
