south central minnesota | I had that procedure a few years ago. Outpatient. I'd recommend that she gets the nerve block injection so the first couple days aren't painful. With that I never needed the heavy duty pain pills they prescribed for me. I alternated Tylenol and ibuprofen every three hours and never was uncomfortable. It does take about six months to regain strength. Wishing the best for her! | |
