I do not think most guys that think that a weather rally is a lock are looking for $7 corn and $17 beans. Most are mostly sold out of old crop so they are most likely just looking for new crop prices to reach old crop price peaks that have already occurred or exceed those prices somewhat. I could be wrong, but that is my thinking.
