IL. | with the garden season around the corner I started to check my pantry inventory, one thing I getting low on is pickles, I was just wondering what I need to do to keep my canned pickles looking green like the one's in the store, I peel my cucumbers before I process, is that good or bad? everyone likes my pickles, but was just wondering about color, mine are sort of pale looking so what's the secret.
