Subject: Rock Pile and tree cleanup, what is the best tool for the job?

Missaukee Mi
We have 80 acres that is littered with rock piles, an old house and barn foundations and a few trees here and there. We would like to start removing these rock piles and cleaning up the place to make it easier to farm. Currently all we have at our disposal is a wheeled skid steer and a loader on a 6195m as those are what we scrape and feed with. After attempting to clean up a small stone pile with a rock bucket, our skid steer seems entirely inadequate and I feel this project would be terribly hard on a tractor loader. I do not have any experience with any earth moving equipment, So if you were to rent or buy a machine with these tasks in mind what would you go for? I was thinking a pay loader or excavator. Would a wheel loader work for removing stumps on decent size trees? What machine would be best at cleaning rock piles without taking all the dirt or just spreading them around?
