I have used an iodine cream that is actually for use on cattle that has worked for me, can get the name for you, it is out in the barn. We got it years ago when the kids were showing cattle. Worked on the cattle, too!
I also had the doctor prescribe griesefulvin (sp) years ago. Cleaned up the ringworm and a toenail fungus.
