What value did you put in the pivot?
Not sure what it adds, $1000/acre easy for the whole package since I won't have to pay for water, pumping or to make the pivot go around.
As to just the pivot to depreciate off the cost I'll have to do some research.
Also I can move an under utilized pivot from the northwest to a spot in the northwest corner of this farm to water acres that are missed in the corners of both farms. |
