CIL | I understand. I just think if Ukraine knew the U.S. had it's back from the beginning, Ukraine would have taken bold action....then Russia would have felt taking over Crimea and destabilizing part of Eastern Europe, wasn't worth it. This reminds me of the Russia/Georgia war of 2008...
