Pretty sure those parts date back to the 60 seed cart.
Looks like the hose (A55981) is the expensive part while the bulkhead connector (A54752) is pretty reasonable. The hose is formed and drops the seed in the meter depression in the box so it does not fill as full. Should be able to convert boxes for under $50/row.
