Most power line poles will last dang near forever IF they are left in the same spot. Local REC here has been replacing overhead lines with buried lines. A lot of the poles they are taking out were still original poles from the 1930's and 1940's after the REA was passed.
If you pull a 20-30 year old pole out of the ground and move it to a new spot it will not last nearly as long as it would've if left in its original location.
Over time all of the treatment that was in the pole migrates down the pole and out into the dirt surrounding the pole. As long as the pole stays in that spot there is a lot of treatment protecting it.
Long story short, I'm not sure I'd go to the work of putting up a building with used poles unless you treat them and the dirt around them properly. Maybe contact your local REC and see what they use around poles.
