Well they should, but if it was a dealer trade, the original dealer did and they were not going to pay the greenhorn to do what should of been done right. When we do oil changes we always check tire psi, we see them all over the place, the other day we had a small Toyota car with 85psi. in all the tires, couldn't believe they didn't blow out.
