Illinois
I don’t want or need an expensive vertical tillage, or whatever you want to call them, tool, but I have an occasional need for one. I usually no-till beans into untouched corn stalks. There always seems to be situations where having a little “tillage” is needed - say where cows have wintered on stalks or tiling work has been done, or maybe a creek bottom needs to dry quicker ahead of the planter. These tools are cheap, and I know the basket plugs with mud terribly (4025 model), and there seems to be some bearing issues with them as well.

All that being said, would you buy one to have around for occasional use like I mentioned?
