On "SOME" boxes, I believe GE and Cutler Hammer used the same breakers.

Edit...Couple questions. What amperage are you now using/per breaker? What amp for new uses? The reason I ask is for lower amp installations they make half width breakers that basically give you 2 breakers per each slot. I have used them for 15-20 amp breakers at 120 volts to double up the number of circuits.


60 amp breaker on outside pole has (4) 15 amp breakers pulling off of it..inside the pole barn. Mostly for lights

110 outlets. small air compressor on occasion. All has worked fine but had a problem with a separate circuit

from the outside pole..breaker kickin off. I isolated that circuit and am going to add a couple new breakers on the

new ge powermark gold I bought online at lowes. Have no idea if I can transfer the breakers..the old one is ge too.
