SW Minnesota | Yes - I asked about this at the dealership yesterday. He looked up a case in the online log file and found the exact problem. The Starfire 3000 uses more amps than the original Starfire globe. The older harnesses have smaller wires feeding power to the globe and the increased electrical load of the 3000 globe results in a low voltage warning message. The solution is to replace the harness with a newer one that has larger wires in it. That's what I did - now we'll see if the problem goes away next time we get out in the field. | |
