Yes to the first, no to the second...I'm 99% sure. If monitor data, you can head to Tools>File Viewer and export your raw data back out. Or...conversely you could just go into Op Center and tell it to read files from your vault folder. (if they're from supported displays of Op Center) 



Mostly trying to add field boundaries, guidance lines and a planting prescription for planting, the way it sounded was op center is replacing apex, and being able to send stuff to the monitor over the cloud and eventually map data back to the cloud seemed like it would be handy but from what i have been reading is there is some issues going between sms and op center so i may have to stick to usb, which is still easy enough.
