Subject: RE: Skid Steer Advice

I mow in AZ using a Cat 262c with a 72" brush cutter. I mow about 20 acres 3 times a year in pretty rough conditions, brush, grass, pushing sand at times, hitting rocks all without a cab. I always wear safety glasses and a dust mask. My skidloader mower shoots 99% of the material or forein objects out the front. I'm not saying a cab wouldn't be better or more comfortable, I don't think it's necessary especially if your trying to save some money. You"ll be a dirty sob when you're done but it's just dust, grass, etc. Also use grapple brush bucket, stump bucket, regular bucket all without a cab in all kinds of conditions. You won't regret buying a skidloader for all around use on your property.
