| Looking at getting a skid steer for my property.
I had tractors growing up but with all the attachments available on the skid steers i am very seriously considering one. So my question is: Do I need a cabbed machine if I plan to put a brush hog attachment on the front of it or could get by with just have an impact proof front glass?
The majority of skid steers available basically already have a cage on the sides and back of the cab already. There will be some tasks I do with this machine where I will need to be getting in and out alot so having the front where I can take the door on and off would be nice. Not to mention saving some money on not having the cab as will probably go the used route.
Any input you guys have would be appreciated.
