East of Broken Bow | How old are your kids? If they are old enough, take them with you to someplace like Menards or Home Depot, and have them look at the swing/play sets. Let each of them choose one or two things they like. My oldest wanted a platform with a ladder going up to it, the youngest wanted rings (like gymnast rings). So, we came up with a design that had 2 swings, a set of rings in the middle, and a platform with a short ladder (and safety railing) on the end.
After they decided what they liked, we went to a local lumberyard, and got the brackets, swings, rings, etc, to build. Better quality than the box stores, and hardly any more $$$. | |
