Thanks for all the replies everyone, yeah wasn't sure if I should go talk to them first or just go do it......just worried too I guess that with the snowmobile trail there blocking water and the ruts from the guys made in the past by farming it the wrong way hasn't helped anything and now looks wetter out there then what it would normally be I think, was looking again today and there are still dead furrows in the field and they do go through the low spots of the field, I don't think it would take much to open them up to drain the water off, it would be easier with the dozer though, does a guy need a determination done to tile it? If I buy it I would like to have the tile plow out there the next day if possible lol, and I know they won't do a determination if I don't own it....plus like I said it looks wetter out there now then what I should be....thanks again I appreciate it.
