| Neighbor just went through this. If the party has paid the taxes on it for 15 years and farmed it, ( or rented it out) that party should prevail. Is the .6 acres worth the cost? For either side?
My guess is if the county shows ownership that would trump an abstract. The neighbors abstract may not have been updated some time. Also possible that a mistake was made on it. A little research may show when. | |
