We have an old Samsung 82XX series TV. Can't download any new apps to see on TV. Thinking of getting a Chromecast to stream some apps to TV from iPhone. Are both compatible with the TV (it has 3 HDMI ports)? Does it matter which port to use? Currently our HDMI 2 is empty. Is there any potential spying by Google on what we are watching? Seems like the one with Google TV has more options to access.
